Sand & Aggregates
We supply an excellent all purpose washed sand which is suitable for plastering, external rendering, brickwork, block walling and concreting. All sand is supplied to BS EN ISO 9001 2000 standard.
Sand and gravel aggregates (ballast) can be supplied as mixed or 10mm down or 20mm down. This is suitable for all concreting applications dependent upon cement and strength required.
Cubicle sand is suitable for agricultural use and animal bedding. Exemption from aggregate tax can be obtained upon completion of the necessary documents before delivery.
Ménage sand is a very fine washed processed sand without stone suitable for use in construction of horse arenas and training rings and can be supplied to order in any quantity.
Screened clean pebble is available in 20mm, 40mm and 75-125mm. 20mm is suitable for drives and paths, 40mm for drives and drainage, 75-125mm for drainage and general fill.
Pea gravel and 10mm pebble are suitable for pipe bedding, horticulture and can be used for fine concrete mixes.
We also supply crushed stone for roads and bases as 40mm,75m and 100mm scalpings.
and Type 1 MOT which is graded stone and dust for sub bases.

GRAVEL

PLASTERING
One tonne of sand plasters approximately 30 sq m of wall 20mm thick
